Laredo Taco Company celebrates their best selling taco since 2015: El Gran Tocino, the big bacon taco. From highway billboards to targeted ads at your fingertips, El Gran Tocino was promoted across multi-channels reaching 17M+ impressions in Q1 of the campaign launch.
We used bacon bold language across all digital pieces. The interactive banner at the top of the microsite, features confetti-like raining bacon to celebrate the promotion and encourage the viewer down the page. In the ‘How to Bacon’ section, we incorporated cheeky references (like playing lotería or being late) to make cultural nods to our Hispanic-Texans.
Like all other LTC campaigns, the promotion was also featured in-store, on pump toppers, window clings, napkin holders, paper bags and taco packaging, reaching over thousands of customers. The result: El Gran Tocino sales increased 5.2% revenue with increased click-thru rate 2.4% across all digital touchpoints.
